Returns

•Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
•Include any accessories or documentation supplied with the order.
Non-Returnable Items

•Custom or personalised prints.
•Prints made to order.
•Digital downloads or other downloadable products.
•Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, include:
•Your order number.
•A description of the issue.
•Clear photographs of the item and packaging.
I will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact me with your order details. If your return is approved, I will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you would like a different print or size, please place a new order after your return has been processed, subject to availability.
